About entering of amendments into the Law "About Local Self-government"

Article 1. Article 30 of the Law of May 7, 2002 No. ZR-337 "About local self-government" (further - the Law) to add with part 2 following of content:
"2. The deputy manager of the including the city settlement or integrated community is the head (ordering) of conditional militant crew, and the deputy manager of the not integrated community including rural settlements or the executive head of the settlement included in structure of the integrated community - the head (commander) of conditional militant battalion of community (settlement). The management of conditional militant crews and battalions of the corresponding community (settlement) of the officials provided by this part is performed according to plans of preparation and application of militia.".
Article 2. To add part 2 of article 40 of the Law with Item 3 following of content:
"3) is provided by replenishment of conditional militant crew and (or) battalion by rebels from the corresponding citizens staying on the registry in community.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective right after its official publication.
