I. General provisions

1. This Provision determines procedure for licensing of activities of legal entities for production and realization of the printed material protected from counterfeits.

2. Licensing of activities for production and realization of the printed material protected from counterfeits (further - the licensed type of activity) is performed by the Federal Tax Service (further - the licensing body).

2(1). Authorized officers of the licensing body when implementing licensing carry out assessment of conformity of the license applicant (licensee) to licensed requirements, and also exercise federal state licensed control (supervision) of production and realization of the printed material protected from counterfeits (further - licensed control) concerning licensees.
