About modification of the Procedure of control of activities of arbitration managers

1. Bring in the Procedure of control of activities of arbitration managers approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 6, 2019 No. 3928/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 12, 2019 for No. 1228/34199, the following changes:

1) in the Section II of the Procedure:

in Item 8 "seventh" to replace the word with the word "sixth";

in Item 9 of the word "fifth, sixth" shall be replaced with words "fourth, fifth";

The word "second" to replace 2) in the first offer of the paragraph of the fourth Item 11 of the Section VI of the Procedure with the word "third";

In paragraph three of Item 2 of the Section VII of the Procedure the word "eighth" to replace 3) with the word "seventh".

2. To management of justice and punitive justice (Oleynik A.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister concerning the European integration Kolomiyets V.
