1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 7, 2004 No. 1111 "About approval of Rules of rendering services of mail service public" the following changes:

1.1. in preamble of the word "According to Article 10" shall be replaced with words "Based on the paragraph of the fifth of Article 10";

1.2. in Rules of rendering the services of mail service public approved by this resolution:

1.2.1. state Item 34 in the following edition:

"34. The service fee of mail service is levied on the rates operating for date of their rendering.";

1.2.2. in Item 46 of the word "drugs, officinal herbs" shall be replaced with words "medicines, medical products, medicinal vegetable raw materials";

1.2.3. in Item 48 of the word "medical supplies, medicines" shall be replaced with words "medicines, medical products";

1.2.4. add Rules with Item 48-2 of the following content:
