1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 31, 2017 No. 35 "About approval of Rules of subsidizing of rate of remuneration on the issued credits by banks of the second level to subjects of private entrepreneurship for the purposes of housing construction" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 14765, it is published on March 17, 2017 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan) the following changes:

32. Money transfer to the financial agent is performed by authorized body according to individual funding plan and the contract for the special account of the financial agent opened in National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the corresponding financial year.";
