1.3. in Rules of implementation of the transactions with electronic money approved by this resolution:

in word part one "banks of the Republic of Belarus" to replace with the word "banks";

after part one to add Item with parts of the following content:

"Regulations of these rules are obligatory to execution by banks, other legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, physical persons when carrying out transactions with electronic money if other is not established by legal acts.
