"9. Minsotspolitiki establishes ceiling prices, limiting standard rates of profitability for technical and other means of rehabilitation (including prosthetic and orthopedic products and chairs wheel to which action of the technical regulation of rather medical products extends) according to the list of technical and other means of rehabilitation which provide persons with disability, children with disability and other separate categories of the population, to No. 321 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 5, 2012 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 31, Art. 1146; 2018, No. 31, Art. 1087).".
