According to parts two and the fifth article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2020" to reduce amount of expenses of development in the budget program 3111020 "Development of network and content of highways public of the state value" by the amount 1278772, of 6 thousand hryvnias and to increase expenses according to the budget program 3511380 "Fund of fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its effects" by the amount 1278772, of 6 thousand hryvnias.

2. Allocate to the Ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry 1278772, one thousand hryvnias (consumption expenses) from fund of fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its effects for financial assistance on irretrievable basis to Fund of obligatory national social insurance for unemployment case, namely:

80000 thousand hryvnias according to the budget program 1201120 "Financial aid of obligatory national social insurance to Fund on case of unemployment which is marked out from fund of fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its effects for payment for partial unemployment";

1198772, 6 thousand hryvnias according to the budget program 1201310 "Financial aid of obligatory national social insurance to Fund on case of unemployment which is marked out from fund of fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its effects for ensuring timely allowance payment on unemployment".
