1. Reorganize the state company "Mold-Didactica" by transformation to Public organization "Mold-Didactica".

2. To the Ministry of Education, culture and researches to perform function of the founder of Public organization "Mold-Didactica" on behalf of the state.

3. To transfer property of the State company "Mold-Didactica" to Public organization "Mold-Didactica" according to the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government No. 901/2015.

4. Approve the Charter of Public organization "Mold-Didactica" it (is applied).
