acceptance and registration of request and other documents necessary for provision of the state service;

payment of the state fee for provision of the state service collected in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation;

receipt of result of provision of the state service;

receipt of data on the course of accomplishment of request;

pre-judicial (extrajudicial) appeal of decisions and actions (failure to act) of the body providing the state service and also officials.".

"61. The application in electronic form submitted through the Portal EPGU, AIS VTD or IS "One Window", signed and certified by the strengthened qualified digital signature of the applicant is registered in AIS VTD.".
