About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus concerning production and use of forms and documents

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for production (production), acquisition, use, accounting, storage, transportation, return and destruction of forms of securities and documents with certain degree of protection, and also documents with certain degree of protection and special materials for protection against counterfeit the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: them

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 22, 2001 No. 1846 "About some questions of production and use of forms of securities and documents with certain degree of protection, and also documents with certain degree of protection":

to add preamble after the words "and also documents with certain degree of protection" with words "(further, unless otherwise specified, - forms and documents)";

state Items 3 and 4 in the following edition:

"3. Determine that:

3.1. forms and documents are subject to obligatory registration in the State register of forms of securities and documents with certain degree of protection, and also documents with certain degree of protection;

3.2. the printed material made with use of the special materials which are elements (means) of protection against counterfeit or containing elements and (or) remedies from counterfeit (further - special materials), and conforming to the requirements determined by the Ministry of Finance belongs to forms and documents.

Requirements to printed material in case of its reference to forms and documents include requirements to method of seal, seal and its quality, format, registration, color scheme, numbering, level of protection against counterfeit (further - requirements to forms and documents) and requirements to special materials.

Before production of forms and documents decision making about reference of printed material to forms and documents is necessary.
