About modification of the Law "About the Notification on Activities Implementation"

Article 1. "About the notification on activities implementation" to state part 4 of article 22 of the Law of November 13, 2015 to No. ZR-120 in the following edition:
"4. In case of violation by persons performing the type of activity specified in Item 9 of the Section "4. Other fields of activity" tables of this Article, the requirements provided by the scheme of certification of process of Kimberley and established by the order of authorized body are applied responsibility measures in the amount of 10 percent of the sum determined according to the responsibility measures provided by the law for implementation of the activities which are subject to the notification, without notice to specified persons.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
