About additional measures for providing public health by further increase in efficiency of works on medical prevention

For the purpose of further acceleration of works on forming at the population of healthy lifestyle, implementation of the best practices of early identification and treatment of diseases, and also according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 25, 2020 No. UP-6035 "About Measures for Mitigation of Koronavirusny Pandemic, Cardinal Enhancement of System of Sanitary and Epidemiologic Wellbeing and Public Health Care":

1. Determine the main directions of medical prevention:

initial prevention - creation of the favorable environment (improvement of the ecological situation, working conditions, life and rest of people), prevention of production making negative impact on health of the population, fortification of food products, including flour, salt iodination;

primary prevention - taking measures to performing vaccination, target screening and medical examination, rational work-rest schedule, regular training by sport, to transformation of physical exercises into daily conduct of life, observance of rules of personal hygiene, healthy and healthy nutrition, elimination of excess weight and obesity, fight against addictions, improvement of health of the person, education and education, increase in medical culture of the population;

secondary prevention - development and deployment in practice of complex of actions for elimination of specific risk factors which can lead to origin, progressing or recurrence of the diseases caused by decrease in the immune status under certain conditions, overstrain, adaptive shortcomings and also coordination of activities of organizations of the medical and sanitary help.

2. Determine that:

since January 1, 2021 on system basis screening examinations for risk identification of cardiovascular diseases (hypertension, heart attack, stroke, diabetes and other risk factors) at citizens aged from 40 years are conducted and are more senior;
