1. Item 30 of the Procedure for the hearing of cases on violation of general competition rules in the cross-border markets approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of November 23, 2012 No. 99, to add with the subitem 3 following of content:

"3) introductions in the territory of one of state members in the procedure for the rationing arrangements connected with deterioration in epidemiological situation or introduction of warlike or emergency state established by the legislation of state member if signs of violation of general competition rules in the cross-border market infringe on interests of such state member, on condition of restriction of possibility of persons who are involved in consideration of the case to participate in commission session on consideration of the case internally (in case of impossibility of consideration of the case in the video conference mode) and the directions in the Commission of the reasoned statement person who is involved in consideration of the case with application of a copy of the relevant act of introduction of such measures.".
