About modification of the Calculation procedure and procedure for imposing of penalties for violation of general competition rules in the cross-border markets

According to subitem 11 of the Protocol on the general principles and competition rules (appendix No. 19 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and Item 64 of appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Item 12 of the Calculation procedure and procedure for imposing of penalties for violation of general competition rules in the cross-border markets approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of December 17, 2012 No. 118, to add with the paragraph of the following content:

"The terms specified in paragraphs one and the second this Item do not join the term for which consideration of the case was suspended on the basis specified in the subitem 3 of Item 30 of the Procedure for the hearing of cases on violation of general competition rules in the cross-border markets approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of November 23, 2012 No. 99.".

2. The change provided by this Decision is applied in case of introduction of the measures specified in the subitem 3 of Item 30 of the Procedure for the hearing of cases on violation of general competition rules in the cross-border markets approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of November 23, 2012 No. 99, and which became effective in the procedure established by the legislation of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union not earlier than the date of entry into force of this Decision.
