1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Rules of holding auctions for sale of the right to the conclusion of the agreement on fixing of shares of quotas of production (catch) of water biological resources and (or) agreements of use of water biological resources approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 12, 2008 No. 602 "About approval of Rules of holding auctions for sale of the right to the conclusion of the agreement on fixing of shares of quotas of production (catch) of water biological resources and (or) the agreement of use of water biological resources" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 33, Art. 3864; 2017, No. 10, the Art. 1490), and the Rules of the organization and tendering (tenders, auctions) on right to contract of use of the fish-breeding site approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 15, 2014 No. 450 "About approval of Rules of the organization and tendering (tenders, auctions) on right to contract of use of the fish-breeding site" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 21, the Art. 2703).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
