About modification of Regulations of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation

solved:

1. Bring the following changes in Regulations of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation:

1.1. In paragraph 1:

a) in Item 2 of the word of "one of deputies" to replace with the word of "deputy";

b) exclude Item 3;

c) Item 5 in paragraph one to replace the word of "Secretariat" with the word of "device".

1.2. In the paragraph 2 to state Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. Action of Item 8 parts one of Article 18 and part five of article 72 of the Federal constitutional Law "About the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation" does not extend to working meetings of judges.".

1.3. Exclude paragraph 7.

1.4. In paragraph 8 to state the subitem 6 of Item 1 in the following edition:
