1. Bring in the Instruction about requirements to rules of the internal control exercised by the organizations rendering realtor services, the organizations and the individual entrepreneurs rendering legal services, lawyers and lawyer bureaus approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of October 4, 2016 No. 183, the following changes:
the fifth Item 3 to exclude the paragraph;
add Item 5 with parts of the following content:
"Rules of internal control provide procedure for completion of identification of participants of financial transaction after the conclusion of the contract for implementation of financial transactions in writing.
In case of use by persons performing financial transactions, systems of identification of the rule of internal control shall contain data on such systems of identification (including data on procedure for their use).";
in Item 7:
in part five of the word "before implementation (use), and also when using new products, business practice, information technologies for carrying out financial transactions" shall be replaced with words "before implementation of new services, changes of essential conditions or methods of rendering services, implementations of new technologies for implementation of financial transactions";
add Item with part of the following content:
