About modification of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of December 5, 2018 No. 98

In Item 2 of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of December 5, 2018 "About the technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union "About safety of alcoholic products" the words "after 24 months from the effective date this Decision" shall be replaced with words No. 98 "since January 1, 2022".

Ask the Government of the Russian Federation to provide preparation of the project of changes in the technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union "About safety of alcoholic products" (TP of EEU 047/2018) according to Item 41 of the Procedure for development, acceptance, change and cancellation of technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of June 20, 2012 No. 48, and its entering into the Eurasian economic commission till April 30, 2021.

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
