Based on part (2) articles II of the Law No. 161/2020 on introduction of amendments to the Law on provision of pensions of the military personnel and faces of the commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies and the General inspectorate of carabineers No. 1544/1993 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 199-204, 436) DECIDES: the Government

1. The order of the Government No. 78/1994 about procedure for calculation of length of service, appointment and pension payment and benefits to military personnel and persons of the commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies, to employees of the National center for fight against corruption and government employees with special status as a part of system of penitentiary administration (1994, No. 2, Art. 50), with subsequent changes, to add the monitor of Parliament with Items 5-1-5-3 of the following content:

"5-1. Pension on the occasion of loss of the supporter is granted in the following sizes:

1) to families of the military personnel, government employees with special status who died owing to wound, contusions or mutilations received as a result of the accident connected with accomplishment of obligations of military/special service - 50 percent of the average monthly income of the supporter on each disabled family member;

2) to families of the military personnel, government employees with special status who died owing to the injuries sustained as a result of the accident which is not connected with accomplishment of obligations of military/special service or owing to the disease got during execution of military/special service - 50 percent of the average monthly income of the supporter on each disabled family member.
