About establishment of the minimum size of the authorized capital of payment institute

According to Item 1 of article 15-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About payments and payment systems" (further – the Law on payments and payment systems) the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Establish the minimum size of the authorized capital of payment institute in the amount of 150 000 000 (hundred fifty million) tenges for rendering one of types of the payment services specified in subitems 3), 7), 8) and 9) of Item 1 of article 12 of the Law on payments and payment systems.

2. For rendering by payment institute more than one type of the payment services specified in subitems 3), 7) 8) and 9) of Item 1 of article 12 of the Law on payments and payment systems, its authorized capital created in cash according to Item 1 of this resolution increases by 50 000 000 (fifty million) tenges on each auxiliary view of payment service.

The authorized capital of payment institute is used only on the purposes connected with its activities.

All transactions connected with the authorized capital are reflected in financial accounting according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About financial accounting and the financial reporting".

The documents confirming payment of the minimum size of the authorized capital are the following documents:

1) the document of bank of the second level (including the statement about movement of money according to bank accounts of the client) confirming transfer on the bank account of money as fee in the authorized capital of payment institute and the financial reporting;

2) balance sheet, cash flow statement, statement of changes in equity.

3. To provide to department of payment systems in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
