Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of November 4, 2016 No. 96 "About approval of the Instruction about requirements to rules of internal control of persons performing financial transactions, control of which activities regarding compliance with law about prevention of legalization of income gained in the criminal way, financings of terrorist activities and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction performs the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
state the name in the following edition:
"About requirements to rules of internal control";
in preamble:
shall be replaced with words the word "years" "No. 165-Z";
exclude the words "Questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus";
state Item 1 in the following edition:
