1. Determine that:

a) the documents on assessment of conformity of products to the mandatory requirements to energy efficiency established by the legislation of state member of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - state member) issued or accepted concerning products which are object of technical regulation of the technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union "About requirements to energy efficiency of energy-requiring devices" (before the date of entry into force of the technical regulation, are valid TR EEU 048/2019) (further respectively - products, the technical regulation) before the termination of term of their action, but no later than 24 months from the effective date of the technical regulation.

From the effective date the technical regulation issue or adoption of documents on assessment of conformity of products to the mandatory requirements to energy efficiency which are earlier established by the legislation of state member is not allowed;
