Procedure for interruption, restriction, suspension or interruption in supply of drinking water

1. This procedure is developed according to article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About drinking water supply and water disposal" and determines procedure for interruption, restriction, suspension or interruption in supply of drinking water in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2. Owners of systems of drinking water supply and water disposal, and the organizations which are directly operating such systems can interrupt, limit, stop or stop supply of drinking water in the following cases:

- because of emergence of accident as a result of natural disasters and emergency situations or elimination of effects of such accident on centralized and not centralized systems of drinking water supply and water disposal;
