About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of April 3, 2020 No. 46

According to Articles 7, 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 42, 66 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of enhancement of the procedure of determination of professional suitability of heads of bank and candidates for executive positions during the action of quarantine and restrictive actions connected with spread of koronavirusny disease (COVID-19), Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in Item 1 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of April 3, 2020 No. 46 "About features of application of requirements of separate regulatory legal acts and modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine in connection with establishment of quarantine and introduction of restrictive actions" (with changes) the following changes:

1) in the paragraph the second:

exclude the words "requirements concerning carrying out are not applied";

shall be replaced with words the words "which are established" "it is carried out in the form of poll during video conference in the format determined by the Qualification commission of National Bank.";

Paragraphs third - the fifth to exclude 2).
