About introduction of amendments to the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses concerning renaming of Social Security Fund of disabled people and reduction of terminology in compliance with the legislation in the field of social protection of persons with disability

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122) the following changes:

"Recognized as disabled people of the first or second group" shall be replaced with words 1) in part three of Article 30-1 of the word "with disability of the first or second group";

And figure "acknowledged disabled people of I or II groups" shall be replaced with words 2) in part three of Article 31-1 of the word "with disability of the first or second group";

3) in paragraph one of part two of Article 41 of the word of "handicapped child" shall be replaced with words "the child with disability";

Note in paragraph one to Article 152-1 of the word of "the Law of Ukraine "On bases of social security of disabled people in Ukraine" shall be replaced with words 4) "the Law of Ukraine "On bases of social security of persons with disability in Ukraine";

In paragraph one of part two of Article 188-1 of the word of "Social Security Fund of disabled people" shall be replaced with words 5) "Social Security Fund of persons with disability";

6) in the text of the Code the word "disabled people" in all cases shall be replaced with words "faces with disability" in the corresponding case.

2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2021.
