In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2019 No. 1953 "About approval of Rules of marking of cameras (except movie cameras), flashlights and lamps flashes means of identification and the features of implementation of the state information system of monitoring of turnover of goods which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification concerning photogoods" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 2, the Art. 195):

a) in Item 2:

state the subitem "zh" in the following edition:

"g) till November 1, 2020 perform marking of the photogoods acquired till October 1, 2020 and issued by customs authorities after October 1, 2020 according to customs procedure of release for internal consumption to the offer of these photogoods for realization (sale) and enter into information system of monitoring of the data on marking of such photogoods means of identification according to the Rules approved by this resolution;";
