About establishment of rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning photographic plates and films other which length of the either party is more than 255 mm

According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) concerning photographic plates and films other which length of the either party more than 255 mm classified by code 3701 30 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from the effective date this Decision till December 31, 2023 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 № 54) the following changes:

a) in line item with code 3701 30 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU to replace the reference to the note to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union "<3C>" with the reference "<83C>";

b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the note 83C of the following content:

"<83C> the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from the effective date Decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of November 24, 2020 No. 148 till 31.12.2023 inclusive.".

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
