RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2004 No. 482 and of March 26, 2008 No. 462

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2004 No. 482 "About approval of regulations on procedure for carrying out as a part of the National monitoring system of the environment in the Republic of Belarus of monitoring of surface water, underground waters, atmospheric air, local monitoring of the environment and use of these these monitorings":

state the name in the following edition:

"About carrying out separate types of monitoring of the environment and use of their data";

state preamble in the following edition:

"Based on the paragraph of the nineteenth of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 26, 1992 "About environmental protection" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 1982-XII";

to exclude the word "enclosed" from paragraph one;

the second or fifth to add paragraphs with the word "(is applied)";

in Regulations on the procedure for carrying out as a part of the National monitoring system of the environment in the Republic of Belarus of monitoring of surface water and uses of its data approved by this resolution:

in Item 2 of the word "Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "about environmental protection and rational use of natural resources";

state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. Subjects to observations when carrying out monitoring of surface water are surface water and other components of superficial water object, including ground deposits.";

in Item 5 of the word "being under authority" shall be replaced with words "logging in";

in Item 6 of the word "being under authority" to replace with the word of "determined";

in Item 10 to replace the word "Ministry" with the word of Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources;
