About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 30, 2008 No. 1252
Based on part two of Item 59 of the Regulations on diplomatic service of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 15, 2008 No. 276, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in Regulations on procedure and payment terms of work, payment of compensations and benefits to the diplomatic workers, workers of administrative technicians directed to work in diplomatic representations and consular establishments of the Republic of Belarus and payment procedure of compulsory insurance premiums for the pension insurance of spouses of diplomatic workers approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 30, 2008 No. 1252, the following changes:
add Item 23 with subitem 23.8 of the following content:
"23.8. on carrying out in the territory of the Republic of Belarus and (or) abroad obligatory stay of laboratory inspection in the state on availability (absence) of infectious disease.";
third of Item 28 after figures "23.4" to add part with figures ", 23.8";
state Item 37 in the following edition:
"37. The expenses connected with are subject to compensation for the account of means of foreign institution:
receipt of general secondary education according to educational standards of the state of stay (training programs and training plans, training terms, types of organizations of general secondary education, the requirement to final assessment and other standards), including training in subjects which content is aimed at the development of capabilities of pupils in the field of separate types of arts, and also in the classes specialized on sport;
carrying out laboratory inspection on availability (absence) of infectious disease to the worker's children in case of availability of mandatory requirements of organization of general secondary education about need of such inspection.".
