About modification of the Section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine concerning features of administration of taxes for the purpose of financing of the expenses determined by Items 31 - 33 articles 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2020"

I. Make to the section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, Art. No. No. 13-17, 112) the following changes:

1. Add subsection 2 with Item 74 following of content:

"74. Temporarily, till December 31, 2020, for the purpose of ensuring financing of expenses according to the programs provided by Items 31 - 33 articles 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2020", in case of measure calculation Sigmapoprakh is considered the cash amount credited on accounts of Ukrnafta public joint stock company in system of electronic administration of the value added tax from the accounts of Ukrnafta public joint stock company opened in the relevant organs performing treasurer servicing of budgetary funds, for carrying out settlement, created for ensuring the receipts in special fund of the government budget from Ukrnafta public joint stock company determined by Items 13 (regarding repayment of tax debt on the tax liabilities on the value added tax declared for the accounting (tax) periods since July, 2015 / III quarter 2015, subject to payment in the government budget) and the 15th article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2020".
