About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning optimization of network and functioning of the centers of provision of administrative services and enhancement of access to administrative services which are provided electronically

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In Item of 1 part one of article 255 of the Code of Ukraine on administrative offenses (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122) the paragraph "city councils of the cities regional or republican values of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea (their executive bodies), district and district public administrations, the Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations in the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol - administrators (Article 166-10 in case of making of violation when rendering the state service through the center of provision of administrative services in which the corresponding administrator performs the activities)" to exclude.

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About the State land cadastre" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, No. 8, Art. 61 with subsequent changes):

In paragraph seven of part one of Article 1 and the paragraph the sixth parts three of Article 38 of the word "through the Single state portal of administrative services" shall be replaced with words 1) "with use of the Single state web portal of electronic services";

The second parts one of Article 9 of the word "and to the meeting qualification requirements specified in part three of this Article" to exclude 2) in the paragraph.

3. In the Law of Ukraine "About administrative services" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, No. 32, Art. 409 with subsequent changes):

1) in Article 6:

in word part one "The register of administrative services placed on the Government portal" shall be replaced with words "The single state web portal of electronic services";
