About modification of the Regulations on implementation of financial monitoring by organizations

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure by operators of mail service of financial monitoring the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. To add appendix 2 to the Regulations on implementation of financial monitoring by organizations approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 28, 2020 No. 107, after Item 33 with new Item 33-1 of the following content:

"33-1. The operator of mail service in case of implementation of the pension payments, benefits, subsidies and other payments to the population determined by the legislation of Ukraine (further - pensions / social benefits), based on the signed contracts with bodies of the Pension fund, bodies of work and social protection of the population, the relevant centers for charge and implementation of social payments, other authorized bodies on charge and implementation of social payments (further - authorized body) if such payments are performed on the amount from 5 thousand to 30 thousand hryvnias, can perform identification and verification of the client - physical person (the client's representative) by reconciliation of data the shown client (the client's representative) of the passport or other identity document of the client (the client's representative also of the document confirming it powers), with the data specified by authorized body in payable documents which form and content are established by the legislation of Ukraine (further - payable documents) / the data specified by the client (the client's representative) in the postal order form.
