About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning ensuring step-by-step implementation of Single judicial information and telecommunication system

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Economic Procedure Code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2017, No. 48, the Art. 436):

1) in Article 6:

in part five of the word "and the Provision about Single judicial information and telecommunication to system" shall be replaced with words "Provision about Single judicial information and telecommunication to system and/or provisions which determine procedure for functioning of its separate subsystems (modules)";

in part eight:

in the paragraph the second" shall be replaced with words words of "the Law of Ukraine "On the digital signature "the Law of Ukraine "On electronic confidential services";

third to add the paragraph with the words "and/or provisions which determine procedure for functioning of its separate subsystems (modules)";

the ninth and thirteenth to state parts in the following edition:

"9. The court conducts consideration of the case with legal case materials in paper or electronic form according to the procedure, determined by the Provision about Single judicial information and telecommunication to system and/or provisions which determine procedure for functioning of its separate subsystems (modules)";

"13. Provision about Single judicial information and telecommunication to system and/or the provisions determining procedure for functioning of its separate subsystems (modules) are developed by Public judicial administration of Ukraine and affirm the Supreme council of justice after consultations with Judicial council of Ukraine";

Part third of Article 9 and part the nineteenth Article 32 to add 2) with the words "and/or provisions which determine procedure for functioning of its separate subsystems (modules)";

Part the sixth Article 42 to state 3) in the following edition:
