About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of enhancement of payment and working conditions, and also procedure for employment of separate categories of citizens the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. "About some measures for salary payment to workers of industries of economy" to state Item 3 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 12, 2001 to No. 1794 in the following edition:

"3. Determine that the organizations irrespective of pattern of ownership in the presence of debt on payments in the budget and the state trust budget funds cannot raise the tariff charges (tariff salaries) of workers to complete repayment of this debt, except for the organizations to which according to decisions of the President of the Republic of Belarus, regional, the Minsk city council of deputies delay (payment by installments) of debt repayment on payments in the budget is granted, to the imposed administrative punishments and penalty fee on condition of timely payment of the current payments by them in the budget.";

1.2. paragraph two of Item 10 of the Regulations on compulsory national insurance approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 29, 2008 No. 308, after words "department of the Investigative Committee" to add with words "organizations of formation of the Investigative Committee,";

1.3. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2011 No. 14 "About approval of the list of the organization types receiving subsidies which workers are equated on compensation to employees of state-financed organizations, and about modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus":
