Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 31, 2017 No. 108 "About procedure for recognition hopeless to collection and write-offs of shortage on insurance premiums for compulsory social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases in Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation and debts on penalty fee and penalties" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 6, the Art. 953).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 31, 2017 No. 108

1. To state the subitem "d" of Item 1 in the following edition:

"e) exception of the legal entity of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities according to the solution of the federal executive body performing state registration of legal entities.

In case of recognition invalid decisions of registering body on exception of the legal entity of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities according to the Federal Law "About State Registration of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs" the debt in the budget of Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation which is earlier recognized hopeless to collection according to paragraph one of this subitem is subject to recovery in budget (accounting) accounting;".
