According to Articles 63, of the 70th Chapter 6 of the Section II of the Tax code of Ukraine, I ORDER to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375,:

1. Bring in the Procedure for processing of personal data in base of personal data - the State register of physical persons taxpayers, No. approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of February 24, 2015 210, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 12, 2015 for No. 278/26723, the following changes:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 1 of the Section I of the word "Public Fiscal Service of Ukraine" "The State Tax Service of Ukraine;" (further - GNS)" to exclude words;

2) in paragraph three of Item 2 of the Section VI of this Procedure for the word and figures "The ministries of the income and charges of Ukraine of December 10, 2013 No. 779, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 26, 2013 for No. 2211/24743" shall be replaced with words also in figures "The Ministries of Finance of Ukraine of September 29, 2017 No. 822, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 25, 2017 for No. 1306/31174";

The word "GFS" to replace 3) in the text of this Procedure with the word "GNS";

Signature stamp of approval to state 4) in annex 1 to this Procedure in the following edition:
