1. Bring in the Procedure for the admission of persons to passing qualification examination and holding qualification examination by the Highest qualification commission of notariate approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of July 28, 2011 No. 1905/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 28, 2011 for No. 926/19664, the following changes:

1) in Item 5:

the paragraph one after words of "the relevant territorial authority of the Ministry of Justice" to add with the words "in the place of permanent residence";
