1. Recover for the period from November 1 to December 31, 2020 action of Items 1 and 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 22, 2020 No. 329 "Some questions of social support of families with children" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 37, the Art. 1208, No. 43, the Art. 1394, No. 46, the Art. 1474, No. 61, the Art. 1981).

With respect thereto in the list of resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, invalid, No. 641 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 22, 2020 "About establishment of quarantine and introduction of the strengthened anti-epidemic actions in the territory with considerable spread of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus" (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 63, Art. 2029), to exclude Items 1 and 4.

2. Determine that:

to persons who in May - August, 2020 received the help on children to physical persons - entrepreneurs who chose simplified taxation system and treat the first and second group of payers of the single tax (further - child allowance), payment of such help will be performed in December, 2020 for November and December, 2020 without submission of the new statement and necessary documents;
