About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning functioning of the State agrarian register and enhancement of the state support of producers of agricultural products

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About grain and the market of grain in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, No. 35, Art. 258 with subsequent changes):

Part the second Article 1 to exclude 1);

Paragraphs the tenth and eleventh Article 2 to exclude 2);

The paragraph the fourth Article 5 to exclude 3);

Article 8 to exclude 4);

Paragraphs two and the fourth parts two of Article 9 to exclude 5);

6) paragraphs two, third, the fifth, eighteenth and nineteenth Article 10 to exclude;

Paragraph two of Article 12 to exclude 7);

To exclude Article 13.

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About the state support of agricultural industry of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 49, Art. 527 with subsequent changes):

1) in Article 2:

Items 2.5 - 2.6 to exclude;

in paragraph one of Item 2.15 of the word "acquired or" to exclude;

add Item 2.15-1 with the paragraph the second such content:

"The family farms registered by payers of the single tax of the fourth group according to Chapter 1 of the Section XIV of the Tax code of Ukraine also treat agricultural producers";

add with Items 2.26 - 2.29 following contents:

"2.26. Producers of agricultural products are the agricultural producers, physical persons (including households, physical persons, which perform the activities connected with maintaining personal peasant economy, self-employed persons in the field of agricultural industry) who are engaged in agricultural activities.

2.27. The state agrarian register - the state automated information system of collection, accounting, accumulating, processing and provision of information on producers of agricultural products and agricultural activities which they perform.
