About modification of the Regulations of Parliament accepted by the Law No. 797/1996

Single Article. - The regulations of Parliament accepted by the Law No. 797/1996 (repeated publication: 2007, No. 50, the Art. 237), with subsequent changes to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Article 28-1 of the following content:
"Article 28-1. Subcommittee on implementation of parliamentary control of execution of resolutions and decisions of the European Court of Human Rights, and also resolutions of the Constitutional court
(1) Within the Commission on points of law, appointments and immunity the subcommittee on implementation of parliamentary control of execution of resolutions and decisions of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), and also resolutions of the Constitutional court functions.
(2) the representative of parliamentary opposition is elected the Chairman of subcommittee. Numerical and the members of subcommittee affirm by a majority vote members of the commission on points of law, appointments and immunity.
(3) When implementing the powers the subcommittee constantly monitorirut process of execution of resolutions and decisions of ECHR, resolutions of the Constitutional court, and also advances drafts of regulations, necessary for their execution.
(4) the Subcommittee hears the bodies responsible for development and implementation of measures for execution of resolutions and decisions of ECHR, the bodies responsible for execution of resolutions of the Constitutional court, and also requests information from appropriate authorities.
(5) the Chairman of subcommittee annually represents the report of subcommittee on execution of resolutions and decisions of the European Court of Human Rights at the plenary session of Parliament.
(6) Powers and procedure for the organization and implementation of activities of subcommittee it is established by the provision approved by the resolution of Parliament.".
