About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In article 22 of the Law on the modes of emergency, obsidional and warlike situation No. 212/2004 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 132-137, 696), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

part (to add 2) after the words "Orders of the Commission on Emergency Situations of the Republic of Moldova" with the words "are published on the official web page of the Government and";

add Article with part (3) the following content:

"(3) the Commission on emergency situations of the Republic of Moldova provides updating and permanent accounting of the published orders.".

Art. II. - In article 76-1 of the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218/2008 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 78-84, 100), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

part (to state 1) in the following edition:

"(1) Non-compliance with provisions/measures for prevention, the prevention and/or fight against epidemic diseases, and also the measures of public health established by competent authorities

attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 40 to 100 conventional units and on legal entities in the amount of 200 to 700 conventional units.";

add Article with part (1-1) following contents:

"(1-1) Repeated making of the same offense provided by part (1), for the same calendar year person who is earlier punished by the final resolution / decision for the same offense

attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 300 to 500 conventional units and on legal entities in the amount of 1000 to 1500 conventional units.";

in the sanction of part (2) the words "from 450 to 500 conventional units." shall be replaced with words "from 50 to 150 conventional units.".
