2. State Article 6 in the following edition:
"Article 6. Financing in the field of protection of public health
1. Financing in the field of protection of public health is performed at the expense of the means of the Government budget of Turkmenistan, means of the state voluntary medical insurance of citizens of Turkmenistan and other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation of Turkmenistan.".
2. The amount of payments on the state voluntary medical insurance of citizens of Turkmenistan is established at the level of three percent from the salary of citizens, grants of pensions and public welfare payments, the income, and for the citizens who do not have the systematic income - from the established basic size for determination of the amount of payment on the state voluntary medical insurance."
