1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2009 No. 193 "About Regulations of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve Regulations of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).";
