About introduction of amendments to article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2020"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Part the fourth article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2020" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2020, No. 5, the Art. 31, No. 16, the Art. 100, No. 19, the Art. 126, No. 27, the Art. 180, No. 29, the Art. 196, No. 35, Art. 257; with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of June 18, 2020 No. 726-IX of July 3, 2020 No. 746-IX and No. 751-IX, of July 13, 2020 No. 757-IX, of July 14, 2020 No. 769-IX, of August 25, 2020 No. 822-IX, of September 1, 2020 No. 829-IX, of September 3, 2020 No. 873-IX, of September 17, 2020 No. 909-IX, of November 3, 2020 No. 946-IX and of November 17, 2020 No. 1006-IX) to add with paragraphs of the following content:

"rendering one-time financial support to insured persons who can lose the income in case of total ban of the sphere of their activities owing to strengthening of rationing arrangements;

rendering one-time financial support to subjects of managing for the purpose of jobs preservation of hired employees;

immediate compensation to subjects of managing of the expenses incurred on payment of single fee on obligatory national social insurance for employees".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
