1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Regulations on the procedure for forming and application of planned estimated prices on housing and communal services approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 18, 2006 No. 54:

in Item 5:
