About natural gas prices
Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 72
1. Establish selling price on natural gas without the value added tax in case of settlement heat of combustion of 7900 kcal/CBM and Belarusian ruble exchange rate in relation to 2,1085:1 US dollar to the gas supplying organizations which are part of the national production association on fuel and gasification of Beltopgaz by delivery through system of the gas supplying organizations (resellers) to the legal entities realizing the investment project "The Organization of High Agro-industrial Technology Production of Complete Cycle for 2016-2032" in the amount of 329,55 of Belarusian ruble for 1000 CBM.
2. In case of variation of the actual average monthly heat of combustion from settlement the natural gas price specified in Item 1 of this resolution is recalculated taking into account the actual heat of combustion on formula
where Tsf - the actual price is over 1000 CBM of natural gas;
C - stated price for 1000 CBM of natural gas;
Qf - the actual average monthly heat of combustion determined on border of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
