2. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide assignment of rights of ownership and use of the state block of shares of joint-stock company "Managing company of special economic zone "The international center of frontier cooperation "Horgos" to the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to perform the necessary actions following from this resolution.
4. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
