About modification of the Order of the Government No. 643/2003 about approval of Methodological regulations and criteria of classification of structures by tourist acceptance with functions of placement and food

Based on Item a) articles VI of the Law No. 91/2020 on modification of some regulations (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 153-158, 284) DECIDES: the Government

In the Order of the Government No. 643/2003 about approval of Methodological regulations and criteria of classification of structures by tourist acceptance with functions of placement and food (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 99-103, 680), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in Item 1 of the resolution:

third after the word "classifications" to add the paragraph with the words "on categories";

the fourth to declare the paragraph invalid;

2) in all text of Methodological regulations and appendices to them, and also in appendix No. 2 to the resolution of the word "type of structure", "type and name of structure", "type of restaurant", "type of specialized restaurant", "area type" and "type and category" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "the type of structure", "type and the name of structure", "type of restaurant", "type of specialized restaurant", "area type" and "type and category" in the corresponding grammatical form;

3) in Methodological regulations:

a) state Item 1 in the following edition:

Methodological regulations and criteria of classification of structures by tourist acceptance with functions of placement and food (further - regulations) are directed to establishment of types of structures on tourist acceptance with functions of placement and food in the Republic of Moldova and criteria of classification of structures by tourist acceptance with placement functions.";

b) in Item 2:
