About modification of the Regulations on issue of identity documents, and about accounting of citizens of the Republic of Moldova, approved by the Order of the Government No. 125/2013

Based on Item b) article 5 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

In the Regulations on issue of identity documents, and on accounting of citizens of the Republic of Moldova approved by the Order of the Government No. 125/2013 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 36-40, 171), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 103 to add 1) with the paragraph of the following content:

"If the premises are in joint equity property and have several main entrances to which separate addresses are appropriated, the written consent about registration in premises at the place of residence or the place of temporary stay of persons to the address of one of entrances is submitted only by the owner or co-owners of share in whose use there is the corresponding entrance.";

To add 2) with Item 123-1 of the following content:

"123-1. If registration at the place of residence or the place of temporary stay of person happened in settlements of left bank of Dniester or in Bender's municipium after January 1, 1993, updating of the relevant information in the State register of the population or in manual card-index is performed based on the declaration under the personal liability of this person submitted along with the statement for issue of the identity document or, depending on circumstances, with putting down of the corresponding mark in the identity document issued by bodies of the Republic of Moldova".
